Personality: A might not have any strange eating habits or sitting positions, but she's an awkward thirteen year-old girl and that's bad enough. She's been at Wammy's since she was three years old, and the environment has made her much more comfortable around books than people. She makes an effort to be friendly to anyone who wanders into her corner of the library, but for the most part she stays holed up there, working or just reading. If you get to know her, she's sarcastic as hell and very blunt, almost without mercy. Knowing that the people around her don't always appreciate her sense of humor is another one of the things that keeps her from branching out more to the people around her.
Despite her usual placid exterior, when the time comes she's never at a loss for words. Anyone who has ever tried to bully her, thinking she would back down because of her bookworm status, very quickly learned otherwise. She's much more high-strung than you might guess and when she snaps, she does so thouroughly, taking down anyone who was foolish enough to provoke her without ever running out of words. Push her more and she starts throwing books.
Even though she's rather unassuming, she approaches everything with the same weird level of intensity and dedication. It's part of the reason she's been able to hold her rank at Wammy's for this long. She's awfully proud of that, but to a fault. She'd consider it a major sign of weakness to ever ask anyone for any kind of help, ever. The highly competitive nature of Wammy's plays into that as well, leading her to keep everything to herself. A is sort of like a duck on water: Everyone just sees her gliding along the surface effortlessly, but just below the surface, she's flailing and kicking her legs frantically to stay afloat. She also has a tendency to talk in run-on sentences when she's really engaged, and the quicker she talks, the more excited she is. This sort of gives the impression that she spends all of her time absorbing words and is just waiting for an opportunity to say them. All of them. All at once.
Appearance: Long, strawberry-blonde hair, light brown eyes, and a fair complexion. At 14, she's 5'5 and 115 pounds. A isn't very picky when it comes to clothes, but she prefers jeans and skirts over dresses any day.
Relationships:
Beyond Birthday: The two eventually develop an uneasy friendship of sorts. However, they aren't terribly close.
Likes: Punctuality,sequestering herself in the library for hours on end, finding someone who shares her interests, apples, words that so totally sound like what they mean (ie: vapor, drain, eerie, awkward).
Dislikes: Sweets, bullies, whiners, her own failure, and even though it's sort of an inevitability given where she lives, she has very little patience for manipulative, underhanded behavior. She can play those games if she has to, but it gets very old, very fast.
Hobbies: Loves reading anything she can get her hands on, and will play any game, with anyone, at almost any time.
Random Quirks: She bites her nails almost constantly, and often forgets to eat for a whole day. She has a bad habit of talking to people while her nose is still in a book, giving the impression that she's bored and doesn't care. It's not true though! It's just a bad habit!

Um... I would be mugged. Honestly, I'm not very intimidating at all and I'm not that strong. Why the Hell did I go into a dark alley alone in the first place? Wait, I assumed I'm alone but you really didn't specify, did you? Actually, I'm getting mugged, I assume that means I AM alone. So my hypothetical friend abandoned me to my fate?

2. If you found a bag of money what would you do with it? If it was 10 or 1000?
Let's pretend for a moment that I wasn't being continually evaluated and watched for any flaw or character deficiency that would rule me out as a possible successor to L, shall we? I would most likely turn it in. I am not saying that because I'm some kind of saint, I'm saying that because I don't really need the money for anything.
3. To get ready in the morning what do you do?
Brush my teeth, get dressed, brush my hair. What kind of answer did you think you would get?
4. If you had to choose a gruesome way to die what would it be?
Does it have to be gruesome? I think I want to be blown up in a massive explosion. No pain, no chance of failure, just -BOOM-, dead. Preferably without leaving much behind.
